Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the AI BEAUTY platform and establish the rights and obligations between the provider and the user.
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms of Service (these 'Terms') is to set forth the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between AI BEAUTY (the 'Operator' or 'Service') and the User in connection with the use of the AI character gallery and related services provided by the Operator.
Article 2 (Definitions)
1. 'Service' means AI BEAUTY and all related services provided by the Operator that the User can use, regardless of the type of access device (wired or wireless).
2. 'User' means any member or non-member who accesses the Service and receives the services provided by the Operator in accordance with these Terms.
3. 'Content' means all information, including AI-generated images, prompt texts, and tags, posted within the Service by the Operator.
Article 3 (Copyright and AI-Generated Image Notice)
1. All AI-generated images and related content provided on this Service are generated using the 'Gemini Nano Banana Pro' model and are purely fictional creations not based on any real persons.
2. This Service complies with the 'Framework Act on Artificial Intelligence' of the Republic of Korea, enacted in January 2026. Accordingly, all resulting AI creations maintain an original watermark indicating the source and the fact that they are AI-generated. Users must not intentionally damage or delete this watermark from the downloaded images.
3. Users may freely use the images downloaded from this Service for both commercial and non-commercial purposes. However, moral rights to the generated works may reside with the original creators of the AI system.
4. Users shall not engage in unauthorized mass collection of Content within the Service using automated programs (such as web crawlers or scrapers), nor shall they independently resell the collected Content.
Article 4 (Notice Regarding Content Nature and Attire)
1. The attire and styles of characters generated and shared within this Service are intended purely for technical and artistic reference purposes, to facilitate users in downloading and utilizing them as design references or for the creation of derivative works.
2. This Service clearly states that it has absolutely no intention of causing or promoting sexually explicit or obscene content through the attire or degree of exposure of any specific character.
3. Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing the provided images for the production, distribution, or any other illegal purposes of obscene materials in violation of relevant laws. The user shall bear full civil and criminal legal responsibility for any violations thereof.
4. If the Operator discovers that content within the Service is being abused for illegal or excessively suggestive purposes, contrary to its original technical and design intents, the Operator may immediately delete such content and block access without prior notice.
Article 5 (Obligations and Limitation of Liability of the Operator)
1. The Operator shall not engage in any act prohibited by relevant laws and regulations or these Terms, or contrary to public order and morals, and shall make its best efforts to provide the Service continuously and stably.
2. Due to the nature of AI technology, the Operator cannot completely exclude the possibility that generated images may accidentally infringe upon the copyrights, portrait rights, trademark rights, etc., of a third party. The Operator shall not be legally liable for such unintentional infringements unless there is intentional misconduct or gross negligence on its part.
3. If it is determined that rights have been infringed by Content within the Service, the right holder may request the Operator to remove the relevant Content, and the Operator will take appropriate action promptly upon verification.
Article 6 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)
1. Any lawsuit filed between the Operator and the User shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. Any dispute arising between the Operator and the User in connection with the use of the Service may be brought to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
